Brody is a psychology student at the University of Winnipeg who loves all things natural. She has lived in Selkirk all her life and wants to help her hometown have an outlet for relaxation and promote chemical-free and artificial-free living.
Jill and Ryan Young
Owners/Founders
Jill and Ryan have lived in Selkirk forever, and this town is their home. The are passionate about wellness, pain management, health, and relaxation and wanted to bring the natural options to an all-in-one wellness store here at home.
Hayden Young Junior Owner
Hayden is the son of Jill and Ryan. He is a passionate AA hockey player and high school student. He is very excited for his family’s new adventure and looks forward to being a part of the development of the business.

Reese is an energy worker that utilizes a wholistic practice approach to encourage growth and improve wellbeing. Reese offers Reiki; a noninvasive treatment geared towards healing body, mind and spirit. Reiki is the transfer of universal energy to assist the body’s natural healing process. Reese also offers Tea Leaf readings (Tasseography) which can provide insight, clarity and help forge new directions and goals.
