Our goal at Pure Wellness is to offer a healthy and relaxing environment to the community of Selkirk with our various wellness services and natural products to aid with pain management and overall quality of life.

Tanning
Tanning beds offer many benefits to help you feel happier and healthier. With our long Manitoba winters, the sun hides and so do we. Our tanning bed can help with SAD (seasonal affective disorder), skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne, increase in your natural supply of Vitamin D, and a relaxed body and mind with the perfect complexion.

Red-Light Therapy Bed
Red Light Therapy is your best friend when it comes to speedy recovery and effective pain relief. Increased blood flow and circulation helps your muscles and soft tissues to receive what they need to feel better, as well as anti-aging benefits. Receive all these benefits while laying in a warm toasty bed for a relaxed state and rejuvenated body.
Infrared Sauna
Similar to our Red Light Therapy bed, our infrared sauna offers all the benefits of infrared light while surrounding you in an incapsulating warmth that puts your mind and body at ease, giving you an ultimate state of Zen while you sweat out all the toxins and stresses of the day. Sweating is also known to increase metabolism and burn calories.

Brody is a psychology student at the University of Winnipeg and is passionate about all things natural and healing. She has a drive to help others and loves to do whatever she can in the shop to ensure everyone has the best experience possible and find what they need for their own personal healing journey.
Jill and Ryan Young
Owners/Founders
Jill and Ryan have lived in Selkirk forever, and this town is their home. The are passionate about wellness, pain management, health, and relaxation and wanted to bring the natural options to an all-in-one wellness store here at home.
Hayden Young Junior Owner
Hayden is the son of Jill and Ryan. He is a passionate AA hockey player and high school student. He is very excited for his family’s new adventure and looks forward to being a part of the development of the business.

Reese Energy Worker
Reese is an energy worker that utilizes a wholistic practice approach to encourage growth and improve wellbeing. Reese offers Reiki; a noninvasive treatment geared towards healing body, mind and spirit. Reiki is the transfer of universal energy to assist the body’s natural healing process. Reese also offers Tea Leaf readings (Tasseography) which can provide insight, clarity and help forge new directions and goals.

Skye Moore
Massage Therapist
Skye Moore is the owner of Star Wolf Wellness. Skye is a Registered Massage Therapist who recently graduated from a 2 year program at Evolve College of Massage Therapy. Ever since starting on her massage journey, she became progressively more passionate about healing and helping others. Skye started to learn more about her culture through ceremony and beadwork, and worked towards learning the necessary skills to treat soft tissue injuries and relieve pain. She saw first-hand how effective her treatments were in helping people on their healing journey's and it gave her an incredibly rewarding feeling.
